Renewed Passion & Participation from Young Adults: There is opportunity to speak with the young adults in our ministry as some core members have dropped out of participation. There should be a concerted effort to gain new members, but there must be an effort to reignite participation and passion from older members. We will try to start with honest discussions to see what some obstacles may be.
Discipleship of Deacons: Some select deacons will be receiving discipleship to grow spiritually. They will be trained to take positions of the ministry to alleviate burden from Pasto Josh so that he can focus more on pastoral ministry and studying the Word.
