Building upon the fellowship of the Young Adults: We’ve seen more participation from our Young Adult ministry. Now I would like to build upon this fellowship to help them dig deeper into their faith and build them up to leadership and evangelists. This will require a little more challenge from the pastor as well as lesson planning and teaching.
Delegation of leadership: As pastor Josh is doing more to invest in young adults and adults, more delegation will be required in order for him to find the time to build up new initiatives and teach individuals.
